I waste so much time thinking about time.
SONG: "Scrap Heap Songs"

Funny how that is. You go off and take care of your own business for a few months; then September looms and everyone starts phoning each other again, frantically. And then suddenly it's Sunday runthrough with Martin (bass), Monday runthrough with Paul (drums), Tuesday band rehearsal, Wednesday impromptu recording session. Great.

By the way, I'm doing an informal solo gig tomorrow evening eightish at my friend's house; if you're in the area and want to join us, email me. It's free. (The emailing, as well as the show.)

Oh, and here's a song I can't decide what to do with.

In the blink of an eye.

Huh? The "Requiem for Blink" song I did for Metafilter got linked by My Own Music Industry last April, and I never found out until now. (Probably had my eyes closed for an instant just then?) Does this mean I am a Real Dutch Musician now?

Still working on recordings, and starting gig rehearsals as well. The Wolkenvelden.com machine, she will do her best to keep you informed.
